๐ Return & Refund Policy
At Manzar Brotherss, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take utmost care in packing and shipping our products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
๐ฆ Returns
Due to the nature of our products (herbal oils, personal care, and consumables), we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:

โ You received a wrong product
โ The product is missing from your order
โ Eligible Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Clear photos/videos of the product and outer packaging must be shared with us
๐ Replacement Policy
If your return request is approved:
- We will arrange a replacement of the same product, or
- Offer an alternative solution if replacement is not available
Replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
๐ฐ Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- Product is out of stock after payment
- Order is cancelled by us before dispatch
- Replacement is not possible after approval
๐ณ Refund Method
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- For COD orders, refund will be made via bank transfer / UPI
- Refund processing time: 5โ7 working days after approval
โ Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to customer handling
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Minor leakage during transit (common with oil-based products)
- Free gifts or promotional items
๐ Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping (if applicable) will be borne by the customer unless the mistake is from our side

Our products are herbal and natural. Results may vary from person to person. Refunds are not applicable for dissatisfaction with results.
Late or missing refunds
If you havenโt received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If youโve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item wasnโt marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
