Due to the nature of our products (herbal oils, personal care, and consumables), we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and outer packaging must be shared with us

If your return request is approved:

  • We will arrange a replacement of the same product, or
  • Offer an alternative solution if replacement is not available

Replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock after payment
  • Order is cancelled by us before dispatch
  • Replacement is not possible after approval

❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Minor leakage during transit (common with oil-based products)
  • Free gifts or promotional items

🚚 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping (if applicable) will be borne by the customer unless the mistake is from our side

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
